Daniel has played hockey for 12 years. During this time he has played for the Wells Warriors, Frederick Freeze, Network Knights and the Frederick Kings. Since coming to the United States from his hometown of Birobidzhan, Russia, Daniel has made hockey a big part of his life and uses his free time to hit the ice as much as possible. When Daniel is not on the ice, he can be found playing Chel '21 or working at Ace Hardware in Mt. Airy with the notorious Capt. Drak.

For some players, hockey is just a cool sport, but for people like Daniel, hockey is a way of life. You don’t need to be from Russia to love hockey, but I assume it helps. Like Oshie, Daniel enjoys the battles, the competition, and most of all, he enjoys the camaraderie of his teammates. Daniel plays with extreme intensity and determination, so as his focus turns to college and finance, I am sure it's just a matter of time before he becomes the next Warren Buffett.
