RISE TO COMPETE SUMMER CAMP
Rise to Compete Camp is designed for the hockey player that wants to take their game to the next level. THE CAMP IS OPEN TO ALL AREA PLAYERS. This camp features four hours of on-ice instruction daily as well as off ice workouts, team building, game concepts and health and nutrition education. The cost for this camp is $550.

4 HRS OF ON-ICE INSTRUCTION DAILY
- AA and AAA Instructional Curriculum
- Power skating (stride work, edge refinement, tight turns, advanced stops and explosive starts)
- Advanced Silky Mitts (proper stick handling techniques, dekes, power moves, escapes, deception)
- USA Hockey ADM Stations (shooting and passing mechanics, body contact, angling, and game awareness)
- Small Area games and competitions reinforcing concepts
